Whitstable: Police search for missing teenager

Police are searching for a 15-year-old boy who went missing in Whitstable yesterday morning.

Officers are appealing for information to find Dinh Vu Phan, a Vietnamese national, who was last seen in Pean Hill between 10.15am and 11am.

It is believed he may be wearing a grey hoody with a fleece-like lining, blue jeans and light grey Nike trainers with a red tick, as well as a blue V-neck jumper under the hoody.

Have you seen him? Police are searching for this missing teenager.

He is around 5ft 5ins tall, slim build, with cropped black spiky hair and brown eyes. He speaks with an oriental accent.

Police are urging anyone with information on Dinh's whereabouts, to call them on 101, quoting 04-527.
