A transport company is applying for a Goods Vehicle Operator’s Licence to operate from a development unit.

Dhiman Transport Ltd is requesting a Goods Vehicle Operator’s Licence to use AGB Developments Dartford, Unit C0, Manor Way Business Park, Swanscombe, as an operating centre for one goods vehicle and one trailer.

The company, based in Crawley, transports freight by road.

Owners or occupiers of land, including buildings, near the centre who believe their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF, stating their reasons, within 21 days of the notice.

You must also send a copy of your representations to the applicant at Dhiman Transport Ltd, 3 Ferndown, Crawley, RH10 3SB.
