Man charged following police drug raid in Swanley

A 32-year-old has been charged following an early-morning raid.

Specialist Met Police officers used a heavy duty vehicle to break down a set of gates in Swanley at 5.15am yesterday.

They say this was part of an ongoing investigation into drugs being brought into the country.

Nicholas Lynn, of Inverness Road, Worcester Park, Sutton, was charged this morning with one count of conspiracy to import Class A drugs.

He was remanded to appear at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court later today.
