Man needs hospital treatment after attack by dog in Beacon Wood Country Park in Bean, near Dartford

Police are investigating after a man walking his Jack Russell was bitten on the leg by a boxer-type dog, that along with two others ran up to him aggressively.

The incident took place in Beacon Wood Country Park at Bean, near Dartford. The man required hospital treatment.

The incident happened between 9.15am and 9.30am on Friday, February 25.

The boxer had been brought to the park by a woman.

Now police want to hear from anyone who witnessed the attack or know the owners of any of the dogs involved.
