Traffic on A2 near Dartford and Bean after crash between lorry and motorbike

A motorbike and lorry have collided on the A2.

Traffic is queuing on the London bound carriageway near the Bean Interchange and the M25 junction.

Queues have formed with traffic being held after the incident at 9.15am after the crash blocked a lane.

The road remains partially blocked with police in attendance. Kent Police and the ambulance service have been contacted for more information.

All lanes reopened at 10.03am.

It follows earlier problems at the Dartford Tunnel when another crash caused tailbacks first thing this morning.

The incident on the M25 anti-clockwise carriageway after junction 30 for Lakeside led to major delays through the tunnel.
