Dartford Crossing delays after two lorries crash on M25 Queen Elizabeth II Bridge and another incident near junction 31 in Essex

Long delays and queues are being reported after two lorries crashed on the Dartford Crossing.

The incident happened on the QE2 Bridge on the clockwise stretch of the M25.

A second incident on the approach to the bridge is also adding to problems on the crossing from Essex into Kent.

Two lanes are closed on the bridge from junction 31 to junction 1a.

Congestion is also being reported all the way back to junction 30 at Purfleet for the A13 turn-off.

Another lane is closed on the approach to the bridge following a breakdown and crash at 12.05pm.

One accident was recovered at 12.30pm before the second crash at 12.35pm.
