Dartford man charged on suspicion of criminal damage and assault following disturbance in Temple Hill

A man has been charged on suspicion of criminal damage and assault following an incident on a housing estate.

Police were called to reports of a disturbance in the Temple Hill area of Dartford yesterday.

Officers attended the scene shortly after 8.30am where two men and a woman were arrested in connection with the incident

All three were taken into custody.

Colin Spice, 61, of Wilkinson Close, Dartford has since been charged with assault, criminal damage and using threatening and abusive words and behaviour.

He was bailed to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court on March 17.

A 34-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman, both from Dartford, were bailed to return to the police station on March 10.
