A high performance tools supplier wants to move its operating centre just up the road.

Apex Grange Ltd, which is based in Hertfordshire, is applying to move its operating centre for heavy goods vehicles and light commercial vehicles from Unit 4, Schooner Park, Schooner Court, Crossways Business Park, Dartford to Unit 22 Quadrant Court, Crossways Boulevard, Crossways Business Park, Greenhithe.

Owners or occupiers of land, including buildings, near the centre who believe their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF, stating their reasons, within 21 days of the notice.

You must also send a copy of your representations to the applicant at Apex Grange Ltd, 14 Little Mundells, Mundells Industrial Cente, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL7 1EW.

A Guide to Making Representations is available from the Traffic Commissioner’s Office.
