Plans for 71 homes in Dartford town centre have been submitted by developers.

A planning notice from Dartford Council states Bellway Homes' new proposal for 46-58 Lowfield Street would have an impact on Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area and affect the setting of two Grade II Listed Buildings - namely 41A Lowfield Street and the Two Brewers pub.

Bellway Homes says the new application is phase 4 of its Copperhouse Green development, a major regeneration project already earmarked for 556 new homes.

Updated drawings of the existing buildings proposed for demolition have been received, and can be viewed by searching for the application online using reference: DA/21/00273/FUL.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application and accompanying documents at the Council offices, Civic Centre, Home Gardens, Dartford DA1 1 DR.
