Several people were injured after a bus and a car collided in Crayford this afternoon.

Police and ambulance crews were called to London Road just after 1.10pm, following the crash.

Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and police say a number of casualties were treated.

A spokeswoman for The Met Police said they were currently awaiting an update on the condition of the casualties, but they are not believed to be seriously injured.

Road closures are in place in the area.
