Northfleet man accused of attempting to steal parked cars in Castle Hill, Ebbsfleet after sunglasses pinched

A man accused of stealing, or attempting to steal parked cars over a two week window has been charged.
Callum Challis, of Hive Lane in Northfleet, was arrested in connection with a string of suspicious activity involving a man attempting to gain entry to parked vehicles.
All reports are said to have taken place in the Castle Hill area of the Ebbsfleet Valley between 14 and 26 of April, and on one occasion a pair of sunglasses were stolen.
The 23-year-old has since been charged with one count of theft from a motor vehicle and three counts of vehicle interference.
He has been bailed to attend Medway Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday June 2.
