Delays are now easing on the approach to the Dartford Tunnel.

It comes after a vehicle broke down on the anti-clockwise carriageway of the M25 just before the J2 Darenth Interchange with the A2.

One lane was closed according to traffic monitoring tool Inrix.

National Highways has warned motorists to expect delays.

Another lane closure was also put in place on the M20 London-bound between junctions three for Brand Hatch and the Swanley Interchange. The issue is also reportedly due to a broken down vehicle.
