Thieves steal furniture from Cotton Mill micropub in Swanley

Brazen youngsters walked off with a micropub's furniture as staff worked inside.

Thieves struck on Sunday at the Cotton Mill micropub in Station Road, Swanley, taking tables and chairs in what is the second theft at the pub in two months.

Pub owners later posted CCTV images on Facebook following the theft, asking for help to catch the criminals.

Thieves were caught on CCTV stealing furniture from the Cotton Mill micropub (8735941)

They posted: "!!!!!THEFT ALERT!!!!!!!!! These young thieves have tonight decided to steal our furniture!

"If this is your child, someone you know or you yourself please contact us immediately.

"This is the second theft we have had to endure in as many months. As a new, young business we cannot afford this to keep happening.

"It is a disgraceful act upon a business that actively supports Swanley, it’s charities and community. Please help us to catch these criminals, they have been reported to the police and will be circulated to local schools and colleges."
