Man charged after woman threatened with blade in Heath Lane, Dartford

A woman was threatened with a bladed weapon before being pulled from her vehicle which was then stolen.

Police were called to reports a man had approached a woman who was sitting in a car parked in Heath Lane, Dartford.

The woman was then threatened with a bladed weapon before being pulled from her vehicle.

The suspect then drove off in the grey Volkswagen Golf.

It happened just after 8.30am on Thursday, March 19.

Following an investigation, Ricci Coulthard, of Maylands Drive, Sidcup, was arrested on Monday, March 30, and charged the following day with robbery, assault, dangerous driving and being in possession of a knife.

The 34-year-old appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court yesterday and has been remanded in custody ahead of a hearing at Maidstone Crown Court on Tuesday, April, 28.
