Lost dog reunited with owner thanks to PCSO in Deal

An escaped dog found by a police officer in Deal has been reunited with her owner.

The pooch was found wandering alone by PSCO Winter who immediately tried to help.

In a Tweet, Kent Police Dover said: "Here at Kent Police we know pets are family so when PCSO Winter was alerted to this lovely escapee in #Deal, she knew she had to help.

"The pooch was grateful for the air conditioning in the car while PCSO Winter set about to locate her family."

Thankfully her family was located and the dog was safely returned home.
