The 38-year-old, of The Street, Preston, did not pay the £75 fine and the case was brought before Canterbury magistrates.

He did not appear in court but was found guilty in his absence on November 26.

Magistrates fined him £220 and ordered him to pay £150 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
