Boy eight is attacked by group of older youngsters in Dover

Police are investigating an attack on an eight year-old boy by a group of older youngsters.

The boy, who suffered an injury to his hand which did not require hospital treatment, was attacked by the older group in Beaufoy Road area of Dover on Easter Monday.

A spokesman for Kent Police said: "The boy sustained a hand injury, which did not require an ambulance to attend."
