Attempted burglary near Love Lane, Goodnestone, Dover, police issue e-fit

Police have issued an image of a man they are seeking following an attempted daylight burglary.

Someone had tried to open the back door while the occupant, a woman in her 60s, was at home.

The victim has told officers that when she called out she heard someone running away.

It happened at about 10.30am on Tuesday, June 18, near Love Lane, Goodnestone.

The computer-generated image is of a man believed to have been seen in the area at the time.
