E-fit image released after suspicious incident in Dover

An investigation has been launched after a man approached a young girl in Dover.

A relative of the girl was nearby at the time and challenged the man, who she felt was trying to usher the girl towards a car.

It happened in Tower Hamlets Road, on Friday, November 19 at around 4pm.

After the suspicious incident, the girl and her relative left the area, as did the man.

Police have now issued a computer generated image of a man they wish to speak to.

They are asking anyone who recognises the man or has any information to call police on 01843 222289, quoting reference 46/239147/21.
