Man killed in crash in Dover Hill, Folkestone, named

A man who was killed in a crash in Folkestone has been named.

Jason P Williams, from Dover, died just five days before his 25th birthday after his motorcycle and a van were involved in a collision.

His family described him as a "loving son", who will be "sadly missed".

In a statement, they said: "Jason was a well-loved young man who would do anything for anyone.

"He had so many things that he wanted to achieve but sadly his life was cut short.

"Jason will always be loved and will never be forgotten by his Mum, Dad, Emma and Sam, and all family and friends and will be sadly missed."

Police are continuing to appeal for information about the crash, which happened at around 5.45pm on Sunday.

Mr Williams sustained fatal injuries when the red Triumph motorcycle he was riding was involved in a collision with a white Peugeot panel van at the top of Dover Hill.
