A 15-year-old has gone missing, prompting police to launch an appeal for information.

Jack Palmer disappeared from his home in the Hartley area of Longfield, between Dartford and Gravesend, early this afternoon.

The teen, who is 5ft 2in tall and has dark hair, was last seen wearing a dark blue coat, with black and white Nike trainers, black and white Puma jogging bottoms, a blue Superdry jumper with red or white writing and a black Tommy Hilfiger satchel.

Police are now appealing to the public for help, urging anyone who sees Jack to get in touch by calling 101 and quoting 19-0723.
