Police are appealing for information after a series of anonymous assaults on a family in Maidstone.

The first attack on September 19 saw paint thrown over vehicles parked on the family’s home address in Blendon Road, Maidstone.

Around a month later, on October 18, the victim returned home to a man waiting on their driveway, who opened the victim’s car door and asked his name.

When he confirmed it, the suspect punched him in the face, leaving the victim needing hospital treatment for cuts and a black eye.

Last week on Tuesday November 10, white paint was again thrown over the victims’ cars and driveway, causing damage.

PC Alex Grant, of Kent Police, said: "These repeated anonymous and cowardly attacks are deeply upsetting for the victims and one of the victims has already sustained serious injuries from one assailant.

"I would urge anyone with information to get in touch with Kent Police."

Anyone with information is asked to contact Kent Police on 101, quoting reference 10-0148. You can also call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 or via this link.
