Three suspected dealers arrested and charged after drugs and knives seized in county lines crackdown in Maidstone

Cocaine, heroin and knives were all seized during a county lines crackdown by police in Maidstone.

Three men suspected to be linked to a drug supply network in the town were arrested and charged.

Patrols from the County Lines and Gangs Team were alerted to suspicious activity near George Street, at around 1.30pm on Tuesday.

Further enquiries led to the arrests of three men.

Searches were then carried out of a car and at two addresses in Kingsley Road, leading to the seizure of the drugs and weapons, as well as quantities of cash and a number of mobile phones.

Rhyco Morris, 26, and Ephriam Will-Gbuk, 21, both of Kingsley Road, Maidstone and Kulwant Singh, 43, of Wyatt Street, Maidstone were all later charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin and being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine.

They were remanded in custody and appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
