A 33-year-old man who disappeared after taking his dogs for a walk has been found safe and well.

Kevin Crane, from Sutton Valence, took his pets out in the School Lane area at around 10pm on Friday.

Both his dogs were found but he remained missing.

Police issued an appeal to find the 33-year-old this morning, and this afternoon confirmed Mr Crane had been located.

A spokesman said: "Many thanks for helping to publicise our appeal."
