A daredevil wheelchair user has been caught on camera taking on an infamous town centre gyratory.

While most motorists have cold sweats about negotiating the troublesome one-way system in Maidstone's Town Centre, this man showed no fear.

Gaining speed with his two crutches, the wheelchair user pushes himself to the traffic lights ahead of traffic.

He narrowly avoids running a red light and takes a sharp right towards Lockmeadow.

His wheelchair heroics were captured by Josie Long on her mobile phone and her post on Facebook has had almost 1,000 shares with 540 people commenting on it.
