Two main events are on the mind of everyone in Kent today - football and the County Show.

Big screens are being placed around the Kent Showground at Detling, which hosts day two of the celebration of agricultural life today.

Organisers have created five fan zones where guests can watch the action on the big screen.

Screens can be found within the show's woodland area, main gate bar, Cornwallis room, members area and the bar near the show office.

The show is one of many venues across the county showing the action as England take on Sweden, with kick off at 3pm.

Should you be at the County Show and can bear to tear yourself away from the Russian pitch, the showground pitch will be hosting one of the famous dressage displays by the Household Cavalry. Kick off, or should that be hoof off, is at 3.30pm, with an earlier showing at10.45am.

Motorists are reminded lane two is now closed on the A249 Maidstone-bound, past the showground, to prepare for the right turn into site.

A 40 mph speed limit is in place.
