Harrietsham man denies attempted murder charge

A Harrietsham man has denied attempting to murder a woman and threatening to kill another person.

Jesse Willink, 25, of Water Lane, pleaded not guilty to attempting to murder and attempting to cause grievous bodily harm to Lauren Blake during an online hearing heard at Maidstone Crown Court today .

He also denied making a threat to kill Robin Blake.

These offences are alleged to have taken place on April 21 in Water Lane.

Willink also pleaded not guilty to a fourth count of assaulting Lauren Blake by beating her between March 20 and April 22.

Judge David Griffith-Jones set a trial date for October.
