Masked thief snatches phone in Tarragon Road, Maidstone

Officers are investigating a report of a mask-wearing thief who snatched a phone from a woman while she was out walking.

The victim in her 30s was walking along Tarragon Road, Maidstone, when the incident happened, shortly after 5.10pm last Friday.

She reported three young men on bicycles rode past her and one man, who was wearing a balaclavam stole her mobile phone and scratched her neck.

He is described as having dark skin, of lean build and around 5ft 8in, wearing a red T-shirt, black tracksuit bottoms and a balaclava.
