A woman in her 70s was seriously injured after confronting a man allegedly stealing fish from her property.

Police have released an image of someone they want to speak to after the pensioner was left with an injured arm.

Can you identify this man for Kent Police?

The woman was reportedly pushed to the floor by a man on New Year’s Day at a lake off Old Mile Lane in Hollingbourne, near Maidstone.

Two men were fishing in the area without permission when they were confronted by the woman who was then allegedly assaulted after asking them to leave.

Since the incident, officers have carried out an extensive investigation including house-to-house inquiries and checking CCTV in surrounding areas.
