Trains replaced by buses between Strood and Maidstone West

Poor weather has caused rail disruption.

The line between Strood and Maidstone West continues to be disrupted following a landslide yesterday.

Network Rail moving a tree on the Medway Valley line between Halling and Cuxton.

Network Rail staff worked on clearing the Medway Valley line yesterday tree came down on the line at Halling yesterday.

Rail replacement buses are currently running between the stations and some services from Strood to Tonbridge have been cancelled.

It comes as the Met Office have extended their yellow weather warning to 9am tomorrow.
