A small flock of sheep was spotted trotting down a residential road this evening.

The fluffy four-legged wanderers were seen in Bay View on the Isle of Sheppey - and a local farm posted an appeal on Facebook in an attempt to reunite them with their owner.

The narrator of the live video posted by Curly's Farm is heard saying: "Anyone lost any sheep?

"If you've lost some sheep in Bay View, these may be yours, they are not the farm's."

The farm later posted to its Facebook page to say the animals had been safely moved from the road.

They have also contacted the person believed to own the adventurous creatures.

Curly’s Farm was set up by dads Kyle and Garry Ratcliffe, who had their home in Brambledown transformed by the BBC’s DIY SOS team in 2016.

The future of the charity farm has been left uncertain due to the coronavirus pandemic, leading the pair to write a letter to the Prime Minister pleading for it to be allowed to reopen.
