A main road is closed following a two-vehicle crash.

The coastbound carriageway on the A21, between Pembury and Kipping's Cross, is shut while the incident is responded to.

Police confirmed its officers were called at around 4.40pm this afternoon.

No injuries have been reported.

National Highways warned drivers heading in that direction to expect delays.

A diversion route is in place.
