Open weekend to view new homes at former Charter House

Potential home buyers can take a first look at the new apartments being created inside the former landmark office block that was Charter House.

The Panorama will be opening its doors to the public this weekend, allowing people to see the development’s first luxury show flat from 10am until 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

All visitors to the launch weekend will also have the chance to win a free iPad by entering their competition with the winner being announced on kmfm on Monday, May 13.

Developer Dukelease will be creating 234 luxurious, open plan town centre apartments in the building, topped off with a rooftop garden with views across the Kentish countryside. An artist's impression of an apartment is below.

A Dukelease spokesman said: “The Panorama is ideal for first time buyers, investors and owner occupiers. Located just a five minute walk from Ashford International station, which has a 38 minute travel time into St Pancras, the properties are also ideal for commuters who’d like to swap suburban smog and ‘standing room only’ for a breath of fresh Kentish air and a guaranteed seat on the high speed.”

The Panorama will include 16 luxury single level penthouses with balconies, and a further eight two-floor ‘duplex’ penthouses with balconies on both levels.

There will also be retail units on the ground floor and extensive on-site parking.
