Ashford bus driver punched in face while driving bus in Bank Street - Kent Police release CCTV image of man they want to speak to

A bus driver was punched in the face through an open window in an unprovoked attack in Ashford town centre.

Now police have released this CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the assault, which left the driver with cuts and swelling.

The attack happened in Bank Street at about 4.30pm on Tuesday, September 23 as the driver pulled into a bus stop.

The suspect is described as a white man with short black hair and side burns, aged 30 to 35, and of medium build.

He was wearing camouflage trousers and a dark hooded top.
