Cyclist hit by lorry on Cobbs Wood Industrial Estate, Ashford

A cyclist was rushed to hospital after being hit by a lorry on an industrial estate.

Police and paramedics in an ambulance and car along with an air ambulance road vehicle were called to Brunswick Road on the Cobbs Wood Estate in Godinton, Ashford just after 7.45am.

The male cyclist was reported to be suffering from neck and leg pain.

The man was assessed at the scene and taken to the William Harvey as a priority with head and leg injuries.

The air ambulance road crew joined ambulance crews in their vehicle to help continue treating the man on the road.
