Police officers arrested a man on suspicion of money laundering in a drugs bust on Faversham Road, on Thursday, February 13

Police were seen taking a man into custody at a property in Ashford today, after officers executed a warrant under the misuse of drugs act.

Around six uniformed officers and a marked van were seen near the Chopra and Associates Dentist in Faversham Road, Kennington, at around 11.30am this morning.

A man, 29, believed to be living in a private flat above the practice, was arrested on suspicion of money laundering.

It is not thought he has any connection to the dentist surgery and he remains in custody.
