Police are hunting two men following a suspicious bogus caller incident in South Ashford.
It is reported that two men called at a house in Kingsnorth Road last Thursday.
A woman in her 70s, the homeowner, answered the door but noted they were acting suspiciously.
The men are understood to have asked for £250 to carry out work on her roof.
Uneasy with their approach, the woman closed the door.
However on turning around she claims one of the men were in her house.
The woman challenged the man, who then left.
The incident took place between 10.30am and 10.45am.
Nothing was reported to have been stolen.
Officers are now investigating the incident and have released images of two men they would like to speak to.
