A man had to be restrained when he angrily stormed the dock at Maidstone Crown Court where a pervert admitted abusing two young children.

The man, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, hammered on the glass of the secure dock in court seven and made threats to Keith Livermore, 55, before being dragged away by police officers.

He was detained, but allowed to leave following a stern warning from Judge Jeremy Carey about his conduct.

Livermore, of Colegates Court, Oare, near Faversham, admitted two charges of rape, four of sexual assault, two of taking indecent photographs of a child, one of making indecent photographs of a child and one of possessing indecent photographs of a child.

He was remanded in custody and will be sentenced on June 17.
