Search for owners of a gold ring found near Howletts Animal Park

An appeal to find the owner of a sentimental gold ring has been launched by a man who was walking near Howletts Animal Park.

It is inscribed with the names of Edward and Rita and has a date written on the inside.

The ring was found on a public footpath outside the site by the elephant paddock by Jonathan Barry.
