Arsonist hunted after car is set ablaze

POLICE are hunting an arsonist after a car was set alight in the Comet store car park in Sturry Road, Canterbury.

The Volkswagen Polo was reported ablaze shortly before 8.30pm on Saturday.

Firefighters put out the flames but had to return to the car soon afterwards when it re-ignited.
