Flasher exposes himself to dog walker near Abbey Fields, Faversham

A woman has spoken of the moment a flasher emerged from bushes and exposed himself while she walked her dogs.

She said she "got the shock of her life" when a "very scruffy" man approached her with his flies unzipped and his genitals exposed, while she walked in woods near Abbey Fields in Faversham.

She warned people to say vigilant and described the flasher as "white, about 5ft 8in, skinny with a fat tummy, wearing short pants and a blue t-shirt, about 45 to 50 years old, brown short hair, very scruffy".

She added that he had "rotten teeth", and tattoos on his arms.

"He came out of bushes with the intention of shocking me," said the woman.

"My two Labradors started barking at him. Dogs have a way of knowing when things are not OK.

"Hate to think what he was about to do if my labs hadn't chased him off."

The victim says the incident, which happened at about 2.15pm on Thursday has been reported to police. They have been approached for more information.
