An internet prankster has been charged with assault following an incident in which he allegedly slapped a rival joker in the face with a pizza.

Jones has attracted millions of Facebook followers by posting a series of videos online showing him playing jokes on apparently unsuspecting members of the public.

Marshall has himself attracted an internet following for posting videos of himself dancing in supermarkets wearing just his underpants.

He has known Jones for around three years and used to work as a cameraman on his videos.
