Kent Police release e-fit after robbery in Canterbury

Police have released an e-fit of a man wanted in connection with a city centre robbery which left the victim with a broken jaw.

A 24-year-old man was walking along North Holmes Road, Canterbury, at some time between 9pm and midnight when two men passed him.

One of the men punched and kicked the victim to the floor and took his mobile phone from his coat pocket and then ran off.

The victim suffered a broken jaw and a minor eye injury in the attack on December 5.

The suspect is described as aged between 20 to 25 with short black hair.

He was with a man who was not involved in the incident, described as being of Asian appearance, also aged 20 to 25, with short black hair and a beard.
