Man treated in St Dunstans Street in Canterbury after collapse

A man has been treated in the street after he collapsed in Canterbury.

Up to three ambulances and four police cars were called to St Dunstans Street at about 2.45pm.

Eyewitnesses say they saw a man aged between 55 and 65 being treated outside the Three Cooks bakers.

It is believed they were carrying out CPR but this has not been confirmed.

The man's condition is unknown at this stage.

Police said it was a medical incident and it would be inappropriate for them to comment.

The ambulance service has been approached.
