Dartford have signed Dagenham & Redbridge midfielder Dominic Green on a one-month loan deal.

The 23-year-old left-sided player is in his second spell with the League 2 club, having spent two seasons with Peterborough.

Green has also been loaned out to Chesterfield, Rushden & Diamonds and St Neots Town and he goes straight into the Darts squad for Saturday’s FA Trophy tie at home to Bromley.

Manager Tony Burman (pictured) has been eager to bolster his injury-hit squad and said he was delighted to get Green on board.

“We’ve watched him a couple of times and he was a player I wanted to bring in,” he said.

“On his day, he’s a very good player and he probably gives us something different on the wing.”

Green has made seven first-team appearances this season, most recently on October 27 when Dagenham held Aldershot Town to a goalless draw.
