A young woman is due in court this week after being arrested in connection with the London riots.

Victoria Holmes, 19, of Crayford Road, Dartford, was charged with four counts of theft and receiving stolen goods in Woolwich.

She was remanded in custody by Camberwell magistrates last Thursday and will seek bail this Thursday.

A committal date for proceedings has already been set to take place on Thursday, September 8.
