Dartford Tunnel closed after accident on the anticlockwise M25 between junction one for Dartford and junction 31 for Lakeside

Motorists are facing long delays after a busy tunnel was closed following an accident.

Queues of around 30 minutes are building up towards the Dartford Tunnel on the anticlockwise M25 after an accident between junction one for Dartford and junction 31 for Lakeside at 1.30pm today (April 4).

The right hand tunnel is closed and only the smaller left hand tunnel is open.
