Dartford FC defender Mark Onyemah recalled from his loan spell by parent club Luton Town

Luton Town have recalled defender Mark Onyemah from his loan spell at Dartford.

Onyemah joined the Darts in August following the news that summer signing Danny Fitzsimons had been ruled out for the season with a knee injury.

The 19-year-old played all but two games during his five months with the north Kent club, racking up 24 appearances and a host of solid performances at left-back.

Dartford wanted to keep Onyemah for longer but following the appointment of Nathan Jones as their new manager, Luton have called him back.

Tom Wynter could take his place at left-back, the former Gillingham and Dover man having recently played a holding role in midfield and deputised at centre-back.

Meanwhile, the Darts have recalled winger Kaka Dembele from his loan spell at Leatherhead.

Dembele, a product of Dartford's academy, has made 13 appearances for the first team so far this season - eight of those as a substitute.
