Hartley Country Club are in red-hot form going into a run of crucial clashes in the Kent League Premier Division.

Andy Tutt’s side, who started their campaign with a seven-wicket win at Bromley, thrashed newly-promoted Folkestone by 257 runs on Saturday.

They’ve already beaten Bexhill and Brighton & Hove in the ECB National Cup and now they face a run of four league games against Blackheath (this weekend), Bexley, champions Sevenoaks Vine and Beckenham.

Hartley captain Tutt said: "We’ve got good momentum and the boys are happy.

"We’ve got some tough games coming up but we’re in good spirits after the wins we’ve had.

"Blackheath are a strong club. They’ve got a good bowling unit and a strong batting line-up but we’ve got a good record against them."
