The junction between Church Lane and Orchard Avenue in Deal is blocked due to an accident.

A flatbed lorry is reported to have smashed into a BMW at about 3.15pm today.

It is thought no one was injured.

The police have not yet been called.

Eyewitness John Sheridan said: "It appears the rear of a large brick lorry has clipped the side of a BMW but the brick lorry is now right across the road blocking it.

"Not sure what's going on now no police on scene, unaware of anyone has called them."
